1. Inspection and discussion
We’ll meet with you and discuss everything we can about where the animal is. If it’s a mystery, this time is usually restrained to 15 minutes.
2. Search and removal
We usually quote for 90 minutes of search time to inspect the space(s) for the source of the problem, which is then removed safely and as discreetly as possible. If the problem is larger than what we can handle in that time, we have prepared plans and referrals to get the job done.
3. follow up
It can sometimes take a few days for the smell to subside. If a week or so passes and there’s no difference, or you feel like we missed something, please contact us for a follow up service.
